Your professional qualities:

  • Experience with standard tools (such as: LinkedIn, X-Ray, GitHub) and implementation non-standard search methods
  • Strong experience in sourcing, haunting and creating a pipeline of candidates
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
  • Solution-focused thinking and an ownership mindset

As a plus:

  • Experience in working with outstaff/recruiting agency
  • Previous experience in implementing new processes
  • Experience with Amazing Hiring

Challenges you’ll meet:

  • Participation in product development and build deep partnerships with our Recruitment team
  • Active and passive search for candidates for technical positions
  • Creating a pipeline of candidates for various technology roles from different sources
  • Analyzing the IT market and its individual segments, identify opportunities
  • Improvements to optimize the recruitment process
  • Selection and integration of new searching tools and scripts
  • Working with the existing candidate base in the ATS system
