— Formal training and past experience as a Quality Assurance Representative (Including Basic knowledge of programming languages, including: Java, PHP, C++, HTML, CSS, databases (basic SQL knowledge) and knowledge of Linux and all major Windows versions.
— At least 2 years experience as a Quality Assurance Manager managing a team of Quality Assurance representatives.
— Direct QA / QA Management experience with web based software applications.
— Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

We are a major online advertising network seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to manage our Quality Assurance Team.
This is a remote position
Candidates must be able to work in Ukraine officially.

Please note that the working hours for this position are 4AM to 1PM Pacific Time between Monday & Friday. These hours are non-negotiable. If you cannot work these hours please DO NOT apply.

The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for the following:

— Managing a team of Quality Assurance Representatives
— Reporting to the Director Of Product Development via chat and regular voice calls.
— Assisting in the hiring process for new Quality Assurance Representatives
— Identifying areas where employee training is necessary and facilitating this training.
— Assisting Quality Assurance Representatives with the creation of test cases.
— Reviewing QA results and identifying areas that are affecting the speed of project completion.
— Managing QA team priorities, and ensuring tasks are completed in the desired order prior to stated deadlines.
— Very strong problem solving abilities and the ability to make decisions.
