Hands-on Project Management experience in End to End implementation;
Experience in roll-in process of support delivery and execution of development projects;
Experience in project setup, project planning, project monitoring/ control and project closure tasks;
Experience in project cost planning and budget control;
Risk Identification&Mitigation skills;

PMI certification preferred;
Prior experience in one or more of the following areas: Functional: SAP HR, Payroll, Procurement.

Responsible for the on-time, on-budget, in Quality delivery of the implementation/support projects assigned;
Responsible for facilitating effective quality assessment of projects rolling in into support;
Responsible for ensuring adherence of the support project to the support SLAs and high levels of customer satisfaction;
Monitor support performance, identify variances to plan and take/ suggest appropriate corrective actions;
Effective change management on projects by analyzing and actioning the impact of any new requirements on the support project scope&timelines;
Risk Review and Management Reporting of Projects;
Coaching & Mentoring of team members assigned to the projects, including taking care of their work-life balance needs and motivational requirements manage project related attritions or motivation issues;
Timely Performance feedback of the team members, including assessment of their development needs
Effective engagement with various support roles and customers and manage support service delivery.
