Main goals:
— Sales of mobile development services to foreign clients (mainly in the USA, Western Europe, Canada and other developed countries);
— Writing proposals and bidding on Upwork and other b2b platforms.
— Primary interaction with the client;
— Business correspondence and video conferences with potential clients;
— Clarification of the requirements (needs) of the client and trading activities (closing the transaction);
— Analysis of the “problem” and the needs of the client with a further offer of profitable solutions;
— Preparation and signing of the contract of sale, in compliance with the rules and recommendations established by law;
— Providing high-quality and constant feedback with each client and after-sales support;
— Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients;
— Expanding and improving the database of existing customers;
Required skills and knowledge:
— Knowledge of English at Upper-Intermediate/Advanced level (reading / writing / speaking);
— Real work experience in the field of IT from 6 months;
— Experience with freelance platforms such as: Upwork, Linkedin, etc.;
— Must have the skills and desire to sell;
Will be an advantage:
— Experience in working and closing deals on other popular freelance exchanges;
— Experience in working and closing deals on Upwork / Linkedin;
— Knowledge of terminology in the field of mobile development.
