We are seeking an experienced AI Architect to lead the design and implementation of our AI/ML systems across the product suite. You will be responsible for translating business needs into AI strategies and overseeing the technical execution of models, data pipelines, and AI infrastructure. This role bridges data science, engineering, and product to create scalable, production-ready AI solutions.

Our ideal candidate has the advantages:

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• At least Upper-Intermediate English level.
• Good communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• ~5 years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML applications.
• Hands-on experience fine-tuning and deploying large language models.
• Proficient with pre-trained models such as GPT, Llama, Claude, and custom fine-tuning for targeted use cases.
• Expertise in building retrieval systems using tools like Pinecone or OpenSearch.
• Programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as Hugging Face, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
• Working knowledge of LangGraph and/or LlamaIndex.
• Excellent analytical thinking and collaborative problem-solving skills.

Your responsibilities:

• Translate business problems into technical AI solutions
• Design end-to-end AI/ML pipelines, including data collection, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring
• Fine-tune large language models (LLMs) for domain-specific applications.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to integrate LLM capabilities into scalable backend systems.
• Craft high-quality prompts to improve model performance and reliability.
• Experience with Docker, Git, and relational or NoSQL databases
• Continuously benchmark and enhance LLM accuracy, speed, and robustness.
• Stay current with advancements in NLP, multimodal AI, and generative modeling technologies.
• Prepare technical documentation and support AI/ML solution presentations for clients.
