We are seeking a Junior Project & Service Coordinator to join our international product IT company.

We are a company developing Streamline — web based business process automation software primarily focused on the telecommunication area. We use the modem technology stack to make our software flexible and adjustable for a huge spectre of business requirements. In configuration tasks we are using the low coding approach and JavaScript language for the business logic development.

Our ideal candidate has the advantages:

  1. 1+ years of experience in IT project coordination, service delivery, or similar roles
  2. Experience working in cross-functional teams and supporting multiple projects simultaneously
  3. Experience in incident and change management, SLA monitoring, and coordination with technical teams will be a plus
  4. Experience in client interaction, status reporting, and conducting formal presentations will be a plus
  5. English with strong written and verbal communication skills

Your responsibilities:

  1. Manage service project coordination & support
    • Monitor SLA compliance for incidents and follow up as needed
    • Facilitate collaboration across technical teams to resolve issues
    • Prepare and present reports and updates to customers (incidents, change requests, etc.)
    • Organize and support server deployments and migrations
    • Schedule, organize, and lead meetings; prepare meeting minutes (MoMs)
    • Track action items and ensure timely completion without delays
    • Weekly project tasks planning, resource mgmt
  2. Internal Project Coordination & Support
    • Project/resource plans creation and update
    • Ensurance of projects implementation within the limits of schedule, budget and resources
    • Participation, leading and organization of project meetings, meeting administration (agenda, minutes)
    • Project actions/weekly targets tracking and control (daily/weekly), tasks completion facilitation
    • Project documentation control (make sure all projects docs are available, updated up to date and signed, if needed)
    • Project roles & responsibilities matrix creation & revision, review and approval with project team
  3. Administration, maintenance & company process compliance
    • Company process description & implementation
    • Processes map maintaining
    • Processes automation coordination
  4. Reporting
    • Reports preparation, tracker updates
    • Presentations preparation
