Capability Requirements — education, skills & experience:

— Proven track record of exceeding sales targets

About the Manager, Business Development Role:
This role will identify and prospect for new clients on the East/West Coast and secure these new business opportunities. Using industry knowledge, the Manager will source suitable potential clients, establish and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders, write and deliver client proposals and identify long-term sales projects that align with the clients’ strategic goals.

— Develop territory plan and outreach strategy
