We are looking for a purposeful and creative UX/UI Designer to join our UX Lab!As a team member, you will be responsible for delivering well-prepared and meaningful user experience, which makes your role extremely important for our success and ensuring customer satisfaction. One of the most important part of your role will be delivering UI for the project, creating design moodboards, libraries and assets. You will be validating and designing ideas using various methods and latest technology. We expect you to become full-stack designer: from business idea validation and user testing to design library creation and continuous project design support. In this role, you should be an analytical and creative designer who is able to grasp user needs and solve business problems.

Responsibilities:
• Client’s business needs understanding and validation
• Research, conceiving, sketching, and prototyping
• Designing and delivering wireframes, user journeys, and mockups for a variety of devices and interfaces
• Following a user (business)-centric and lean design approach and rapidly testing and iterating your designs
• Improving the user experience related to core functionality and new features.
• Being ready to improve existing enterprise usecases and create UX concepts from scratch
• Working closely with development team and provide assets library and design supervising for a full project lifecycle
• Working with other designers to conceptualize and iterate on design

Desired Skills and Experience:
• Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer or similar role
• Strong portfolio of design projects is a must
• Background in project management processes and research
• Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
• Proficient in design software (UXPin, Balsamiq, Sketch, Figma, Abstract)
• Understanding of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a great plus
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Analytical mind with a business acumen
• Excellent communication skills and good level of spoken English
• Bachelor in Design, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

Project description: The product provides e-commerce and subscription management solutions for monetizing digital goods, online services and SaaS. It offers a cloud-based e-commerce platform that simplifies recurring billing, optimizes the customer experience and offers comprehensive global compliance and payment capabilities. The customer teamed with N-iX to re-develop the application clients use to manage their e-commerce instance on the platform. They asked us to build a web-based application that could run across different platforms, browsers and mobile devices. First, our solution team — comprised of a UX/UI lead, a product manager and a Tech lead — created a new concept for the user experience and visual design. Next, the team of front-end developers started the implementation of the new application module by module.
