To fulfill this role we expect 5 years’ experience in Leading HR role and 3 years in IT industry ideally
Deep understanding of HR standards, value and strategies to bring it
Practical experience of cooperating with all the levels of the organization
Has proven experience in building, developing and maintenance HR strategy, projects, processes
Critical thinking
Ability to work within an ambiguous fast-moving environment, also able, be a force that drives toward clarity and solutions
Reliable resourcefulness in setting priorities and guiding investment in people and systems

Collaborate with management team to determinate the company’s HR strategy. Outline prior directions I redesigning people management function
Analyzing human capital data and industry trends to guide recommendations on company’s people management strategy
Revise, plan, develop, implement and evaluate people management function and performance
Develop and maintain HR team according to HR strategy. Owner of HR budget
Oversee and redesign recruitment process to create strategic recruiting that meet the business’s development strategy
Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits system that are competitive and cost-effective for the firm to provide motivation, incentives and rewards for effective performance
Build and develop learning and development strategy according to the HR strategy and business needs
Develop and maintain employee relation and internal communication strategy
Enhance and/or develop, implement and enforce HR policies and procedures of the organization by way of systems that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the organization
Manage /oversee the HRM system, provides necessary reports for critical analyses of the HR function and the people resources of the organization

We are looking for experienced Chief People Officer with good business acumen who will oversee and direct all people functions through N-IX according to the company’s strategy: people management, talent acquisition, learning and development.
Chief People Office provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR function by overseeing talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development, compensation and benefits through the company.
