Work with subject matter experts and Instructional Designers to develop and analyse the scope, purpose and objective of each course
Transform storyboards and complete all specifications and guidelines required to complete each project
Maintain project documentation and course folders during each project lifecycle
Produce effective and engaging audio/video scripts
Manage each project effectively to ensure deadlines are met
Assist the Instructional Designers with the construction of courses
Help develop and improve the methodology and development process
Work with others on multiple tasks and communicate effectively and efficiently
Work to ensure all courses meet detailed standards of accreditation

The courses can be on a wide variety of subjects, from highly technical topics to soft skills.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated e-Learning Developer to join a growing team. The e-Learning Developer will be expected to create new e-Learning courses from storyboards and guidelines set by the Instructional Designers. The e-Learning Developer is required to turn storyboards and specifications into interactive e-Learning (using industry best practices) and to create an end product that is easy to understand and engaging.
