1. Minimum 5 years’ experience in an HRM, or directly related, role
2. Experience in IT industry will be a plus
3. Upper-intermediate English
4. Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a quick moving
5. Ability to manage complex and ambiguous situations and independently drive to solutions
6. Strong customer service orientation
7. Driven to excel and accomplish results
8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including presentation skills
9. Mid to expert level competency in Microsoft Office products, with a heavy focus on Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
1. Working with Delivery Management on employee performance, employee conduct and general employee relations issues, to ensure compliance and efficiency with Company policies and procedures
2. Managing Performance Appraisal process
3. Being responsible for new hire orientation process
4. Developing talent and succession plans for critical pipelines and leadership roles. Assessing the comprehensive talent pipeline against future critical capability needs.
5. Managing the development and evaluation of training programs, performing follow-up to ensure training objectives are met
6. Developing and implementing new HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
