N-iX is looking for a Middle/Senior Team Manager to join our team and take care of one of the high-priority projects in N-iX. Our ideal manager should have a good experience as Team Manager as main responsibilities are people management, high-level delivery and stakeholders management.
Responsibilities:
- You will work with multiple teams and potentially with a few projects
- Stakeholders management (setting up cooperation with stakeholders, risk management)
- Business development (involvement into account growth within current streams and searching of new opportunities for N-iX in the scope of existing account)
- People management (risk management, performance management, salaries management, building relations with your team members to keep them engaged and help with personal development plans)
- Involvement into all staffing activities as hiring manager
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as Team Manager/Project Manager
- Experience of managing 25+ team members and 10+ stakeholders
- Practical experience with multitasking and effective time-management skills
- Practical experience with Scrum/Kanban
- Great communication skills, English level — Upper-Intermediate+
- High level of responsibility, readiness to be proactive and show initiative
- Positive attitude to work and people
