We have an exciting role to offer within the Finance team at N-iX.
We are looking for Global Payroll Manager who will effectively manage existing relationships with payroll providers and can open up new payroll jurisdictions as we grow.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance and accuracy in local payroll processes, calculations, documents and reporting
- Maintain, audit and improve existing processes and design new ones
- Develop Group level policies and procedures, taking into account local payroll requirements by countries
- Perform calculations, documentation and internal controls related to the Group level and Local payroll processes
- Reviews and guarantees submission of payroll-related data to service providers, statutory filing requirements and payroll approvals
- Monitor the timeliness of execution of contract liabilities by payroll providers and perform quality control
- Cooperate with HR and Legal Departments in payroll-related matters
Requirements
- 3+ years of work experience in payroll accounting in international companies
- Degree in finance, accounting or mathematics
- Deep knowledge of MS Office/Excel/Google Sheets
- Attention to details, independence, and responsibility
- Ability to work attentively with large amounts of data and organize a large number of repetitive tasks
- Teamwork and strong communication skills
- Advanced level of English
