N-iX is actively hiring in Poland and has an office in Krakow and hub in Wroclaw.
Currently, we are seeking for Global Mobility Specialist support the needs of our growing organization in Poland. In this role you will be the central point of contact between the Business, employees and the local immigration vendor, coordinating and overseeing the end-to-end relocation process.


What you’ll do:
  • Act as a first point of contact for employees abroad and provide support throughout the relocation process
  • Acting as the main point of contact for recruiters and HR operations regarding visas and work permits for new hires and internal relocations
  • Managing the work permit and residence permit processes for employees
  • Providing information support for employee families
  • Work closely with government departments and local vendors to ensure compliance with immigration regulations
  • Generate and maintain immigration documentation
  • Maintain data in the various databases capturing all relevant information
  • Support across global relocation projects covering multiple locations
What you'll need / What makes you the perfect candidate:
  • Demonstrable experience with Global Mobility services or corporate immigration advising on Polish legislation — 1,5-3 years
  • Excellent written and oral communication in English, Polish and Ukrainian would be an asset
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree
  • To be enthusiastic, passionate, keen on learning and have a ‘can-do’ attitude with ambition to deliver high quality within the areas of Global Mobility/Relocation
