We are currently hiring a scrum team and Product Owner/BA who will be a part of agile development and will be working on product improvements and new features implementation on enterprise-grade websites and software systems. The Product Owner/BA is involved in all areas of development, discussing ideas technical managers and sales persons, design of requirements and creation of acceptance criteria, refinement with the development team, and manage priorities.
Responsibilities:
• Project/product requirements clarification and development
• Managing backlog for the development team
• Overall project business and functional requirements management
• Daily communication with the client on all aspects of the expectations and requirements
management
• Ensuring that the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, prioritized and clear to all stakeholder
Requirements:
• Great communication skills and strong upper-intermediate/fluent English
• 3+ years of experience in working on Business Analysis or PO roles, portfolio of successfully
delivered projects in Agile environment (Scrum in particular)
• Good understanding of software architecture design and development principles
• Good understanding of software development methodologies
• Experienced presenter of ideas to real clients
• Being result-oriented, ability to make things done in a highly dynamic environment
