In this role you will be supporting operations of CarSharing product DriveNow. As significant part of 2nd level Support Team you will work closely with customers, handle their requests, identify problems, make system configuration, fix problems using support tools, make root-cause analysis, create incident reports, specify improvements of core systems and operational processes.
