Position Duties:
- Assist customers and troubleshoot their problems
- Assist drivers and troubleshoot their problems
- Process customer requests made by phone through company dashboard
- Play a key role in the Customer Experience cycle
- Priorities tasks and manage a workflow
- Identify clients needs and concerns
