Position Duties:

• Assist customers and troubleshoot their problems
• Assist drivers and troubleshoot their problems
• Process customer requests made by phone through company dashboard
• Play a key role in the Customer Experience cycle
• Priorities tasks and manage a workflow
• Identify clients needs and concerns
