A rapidly growing EdTech software technology business with lots of opportunity to develop a career are seeking ’Customer Onboarding Managers’ to work on customer onboarding projects at this exciting time of growth.

The role is with very dynamic and requires good time management skills, patience and ability to work with large, highly demanding clients. You will be working alongside other 20 people with a potential to grow to a more senior position.

About the role
The New Client Success Team oversees the success of onboarding new clients within their first 6 week period of implementing the software.
You will be provided full training on our software and current implementation process before starting your job.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Respond to tickets via FreshDesk on time and in accordance with our SLA
  • Work together with our QA, PM and Dev teams to resolve any technical issues reported by the clients
  • Develop healthy customer relationships
  • Enhance customer training and ability
  • Evaluate and analyse customer needs
  • Build trust and transparency with clients
  • Onboard new clients
  • Act as a customer advocate
  • Promote customer loyalty

As a New Client Support Manager, you will have to understand the customers’ psyche and needs and enhance their customer experience by improving their Onboarding experience.

Selection criteria

  • You must have experience with supporting B2B SaaS software
  • Experience with Jira, Notion, Confluence, FreshDesk, Slack
  • If you have managed to rellocate to any country in Europe, this would be a massive plus

Excellent written and spoken English (native level or very close to it)

  • Great communication skills
  • Experience handling infuriated customers
  • Experience handling customer queries tactfully and diplomatically to ensure that they stay subscribed to the product
  • Prince2/PMP/PMI qualification would be a plus
  • Knowledge of another European language: French, German, Spanish would be a plus
  • Customer Support/Service/Success experience would be a big plus
  • Degree in Psychology would also be a massive plus, but not mandatory
