The role is with very dynamic and requires good time management skills, patience and ability to work with large, highly demanding clients. You will be working alongside other 20 people with a potential to grow to a more senior position.

About the role
The New Client Success Team oversees the success of onboarding new clients within their first 6 week period of implementing the software.
You will be provided full training on our software and current implementation process before starting your job.
Roles & Responsibilities
As a New Client Support Manager, you will have to understand the customers’ psyche and needs and enhance their customer experience by improving their Onboarding experience.
Excellent written and spoken English (native level or very close to it)
