A rapidly growing EdTech software technology business with lots of opportunity to develop a career are seeking a ’Business Analyst’ to get our project documentation in order at this exciting time of growth.

The role is with very dynamic and requires good time management skills, patience and ability to work with large, highly demanding clients. You will be working alongside other 20 people with a potential to grow to a more senior position.

The firm is growing rapidly with a global office network (London, Lisbon, Valencia, Malaga, Vienna, and Kyiv). My Learning Hub have a progressive culture and are a remote-first company having employees all over the world.

Required Skills

We are looking for a broadminded product owner/business analyst with a middle qualification level to join our high growth team. The e-learning product we are making right now is going to beat the major market leaders, so the tasks will be very challenging!

— 2 years of proven experience in business analyst/product owner role for web projects

— Strong understanding of requirements types and their purposes

— Experience with managing several internal value streams simultaneously

— Hands-on experience with project requirements start, decomposition, rolling wave development

— Understanding of project management methods and their pro’s and con’s

— Understanding of BA/PO role in Agile development environment

— Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute requirements management process

— Ability to quickly update requirements without losing focus on product goals

— Good Sense of product’s features dependencies and influences

— Ability to “read between the lines” in sales request and clarifying and confirmation of the business needs

— Strong collaboration, understanding and negotiation skills

— Experience with JIRA, Confluence

— Upper intermediate English level

Would be a plus:

— Experience in mobile product development

— Familiarity with e-learning domain

— Agile certifications

— Intermediate English level or higher (writing and speaking) would be a bonus

Job Duties:

  • Ensure that requirements are gathered, validated and confirmed by design, development and quality teams.
  • Ensure the identical understanding of requirements by sales, design, development and quality teams.
  • Quickly validate desired new feature impact through product map and highlight it to the teams.
  • Suggest the Product Increment breakdowns for quickly and safely deliverable parts.
  • Support the stakeholders in regular task priorities review.
  • Improve the requirements management processes in order to cover the rising demand.
  • Maintain product documentation.
