We are looking for a well organized and certified project manager to join our high growth team. The e-learning product we are making right now is going to beat the major market leaders, so the tasks will be very challenging!

Required:
— 5 years of proven experience in web products delivery;
— Experience in integration projects delivery;
— Experience with managing several internal value streams simultaneously;
— Hands-on experience with project planning and estimation;
— Understanding of SDLC;
— Understanding of project management methods and their pro’s and con’s;
— Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks within Agile environment;
— Ability to quickly update priorities without losing focus on strategic targets;
— Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
— Strong communication, conflict management and negotiation skills;
— Experience with JIRA, Confluence;
— Intermediate English level.

Would be a plus:
— Experience in mobile product development;
— Familiarity with e-learning domain;
— Agile certifications;
— Uppermediate English level or higher (writing and speaking) would be a bonus.

Job Duties:
— Ensure on time delivery of company’s products;
— Lead the development team to success at all stages of tasks production: concept, design, validation, estimation, planning, execution, demo, release;
— Support the executive team with clear resources allocation, plans, delivery dates;
— Improve the processes in order to cover the rising demand;
— Create and maintain project and process documentation;
— Facilitate and follow up delivery process meetings.
