Your day-to-day in this position:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable clusters both in cloud-native solutions (as AWS) and bare-metal solutions.
• Build and optimize infrastructure and services to support real-time gaming interactions and data flows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements
• Work with event-driven systems to process and respond to real-time game events.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and continuously improve application and infrastructure performance and scalability.
• Debug complex issues across multiple services and systems.
• Participate in CI/CD practices and deployments in cloud-native environments.

What makes you a great fit:

• 5+ years of DevOps experience, with a strong focus on scalability and reliability on both cloud-based providers and bare-metal.
• Deep understanding of modern cluster architecture.
• Hands-on experience with ArgoCD and GitHub actions in production.
• Solid understanding of databases, networking, and scalable strategies.
• Strong understanding of software security principles and best practices.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience in the gaming industry or real-time systems is a strong plus.
• Upper-intermediate level of English.

Tech Stack Requirements:

• Languages: bash; GO; python; YAML.
• Networking & Security: Complete understanding of TCP/IP + UDP protocols; LoadBalancing; Firewall; WAF; ssh+sftp; VPN; Kubernetes cluster networking solutions (calico); nginx; wireguard; TailScale; RDP.
• Databases & Storage: PostgreSQL; Redis; ClickHouse; Longhorn; S3 and S3-campatable solutions; Kafka; Jitsu; n8n; Wordpress.
• Infrastructure & DevOps: Docker; Kubernetes; Cloudflare; ArgoCD; Github automaitons; n8n automations; cron; jitsu; Pgadmin; Metabase; PostgREST. Experience working in CI/CD pipelines and production environments.
• Monitoring & Observability: Grafana; CloudFlare; Loki; Grafana Faro; Prometheus; AlertManager; Grafana Alloy; Fluent bit; ETL pipelines, Mixpanel.
• Collaboration & Tools: GitHub, Slack, Jira, Confluence.
