We’re looking for a strong Data Engineer who is a fast learner and can take responsibility, with experience in building robust, scalable, maintainable, and thoroughly monitored data pipelines in a cloud environment.

What makes you a great fit:

• BSc. in Computer Sciences from a top university, or equivalent
• 5+ years in data engineering, and data pipeline development in high-volume production environments;
• Experience with Java;
• 2+ years experience with monitoring systems (Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, Datadog);
• Experience with data-engineering cloud technologies as Apache Airflow, K8S, Clickhouse, Snowflake, Redis, and cache technologies;
• Experience with relational and non-relational DBs. Proficient in SQL and query optimizations;
• Experience with designing infrastructure to maintain high availability SLAs
• Ability to develop, design, and maintain end-to-end ETL workflows, including data ingestion and transformation logic, involving different data sources;
• Experience with monitoring and managing production environments;
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Your day-to-day in this position:

• Develop and maintain high-volume data pipelines in production environments;
• Write and manage Java-based applications for data processing;
• Monitor system performance using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, and Datadog;
• Work with cloud technologies such as Apache Airflow, Kubernetes (K8S), and Snowflake to manage data infrastructure.
• Optimize SQL queries and manage both relational and non-relational databases;
• Design and maintain end-to-end ETL workflows for data ingestion and transformation;
• Ensure high availability of infrastructure to meet SLAs.
