We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer to join our tech team and participate in our high-energy company culture.

Requirements:

• 
  
  • Working experience as an AQA Engineer 4 years;
  • Experience with Javascript;
  • Hands-on experience with API and E2E testing, using automated testing tools and libraries such as Cucumber.js, Cypress, etc;
  • Experience with mocking and regression testing;
  • BSc in computer science/engineering or equivalent experience;
  • Organized, methodical, and able to handle pressure;
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Upper-intermediate English level

Will be a plus:

• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases;
• Experience with TypeScript

Responsibilities:

• Leading quality assurance processes and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
• Designing test scenarios, scripts and procedures that fit with the concepts of Test Automation and Continuous Delivery
• Working with Software Engineers to ensure the right levels of test automation are built to the company’s standards
• Being self-driven and working with little supervision towards a common team or company purpose.
• Testing both backend applications (API’s) and frontend applications
• Breaking things and finding problems!

Project Description:

Our client, an Israeli-based Fintech startup, is dedicated to building trust between renters and landlords. Their platform offers free certified electronic move-in payments, a flexible credit-backed deposit alternative, and automated electronic deposit refunds, all designed to simplify the rental experience. By leveraging Open Banking data and AI, the platform assesses a renter’s eligibility to rent without a deposit. If required, renters can also make traditional security deposits and other move-in payments online, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
