• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing developers and engineers in developing modern, responsive, and cross-browser-compatible applications
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field or equivalent work experience
• Working knowledge of JavaScript/Typescript, SQL, CICD, or other modern software development technologies
• Experience working with Agile teams
• Experience defining and prioritizing product features
• Excellent English communication skills (speaking, writing, and reading)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor offshore team performance
• Define the scope of work for engineers in Jira and Confluence
• Document features and technical requirements
• Plan and schedule release of features based on requirements and timeline
• Work with developers and stakeholders to identify and clarify technical requirements
• Work with developers and QA to ensure the application’s proper performance
• Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical requirements or UX design
• Help manage daily standup and company-wide meetings
• Stay plugged into emerging technologies and industry trends, including Web3
