2+ years of experience as an IT recruitment specialist or recruitment agencies
Good understanding of IT market and technology trends
Experience in full lifecycle recruiting required in Technology/Engineering Industry
Ability to lead full-cycle recruitment process
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience in communication with foreign clients
Advanced level of written and conversational English
Ability to work in a team as well as independently
