HR Manager (Middle, Middle +)

We are looking for a highly motivated HR Manager (Middle, Middle +) who is able to communicate and collaborate with teammates on the part in order to achieve success. Join us!

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an HR Generalist / HR Manager in IT (small/mid-sized teams);
  • Strong understanding of the full employee lifecycle;
  • Experience building HR processes from scratch or scaling them;
  • Self-driven, hands-on, and proactive attitude;
  • Experience with relevant CRM;
  • Excellent knowledge in emotional intelligence;
  • English (Intermediate+).

Responsibility

From these duties follows:

HR Operations:

  • Full-cycle HR support: onboarding, employee lifecycle, offboarding;
  • Maintain and update internal HR policies and documentation;
  • HR administration: leave tracking, sick leaves, internal orders;
  • Preparing HR reports and analytics (KPI, retention, turnover).

Culture & Communication:

  • Drive internal communications (surveys, updates, 1:1 meetings);
  • Organize internal events, team-building, and informal meetups;
  • Maintain and develop the company’s culture.

Performance & Development:

  • Coordinate performance review processes;
  • Support personal development plans (IDPs);
  • Plan and manage learning initiatives (trainings, mentoring, courses).

Retention & Engagement:

  • Conduct satisfaction & engagement surveys;
  • Run exit interviews and analyze feedback;
  • Support non-financial motivation and engagement programs.
