We are committed to being great, and we are looking for someone who:

  • 1,5+ years of experience in IT sales
  • speaks Advanced-level English
  • understand the SDLC
  • understanding software outstaffing/outsourcing market
  • understanding of project management methodologies
  • experience in sales through Upwork and other channels
  • solid understanding of sales funnel and possible lead channels
  • experience generating Sales Qualified Leads
  • the tendency towards problem identification and objection resolution skills
  • has strong self-management skills
  • еxcellent communication skills
  • ability to work in a Team

Would be a plus:

  • is familiar with working with CRM tools
  • technical background in IT service/product company

Responsibilities:

  • understand who’re our ideal clients, their needs and requirements
  • develop and guide relationships with prospects to create mutually beneficial opportunities
  • вuild a strong and full pipeline of qualified clients, calculated opportunities, and build long-term relationships
  • define and test new hypotheses, research, and implement the best practices in outbound selling
  • KPI and generate constant flow of Project to Production Department by closing more deals
  • deals closure and successful transition to delivery
  • CRM activity and rules adherence for accurate sales planning, reporting, and forecasting
  • provide reports, analyze sales pitch and other statistical data
