We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior CRM Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is starting their career in CRM, marketing operations, or data-driven customer management and wants to develop hands-on experience with CRM platforms, analytics, and lifecycle communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, build, and execute omni-channel CRM campaigns across web push, email, and SMS, tailored to different stages of the user lifecycle:
— Onboarding
— Engagement
— Re-engagement
— Retention - Manage and maintain CRM tools and platforms, ensuring data accuracy and segmentation.
- Create visually engaging and responsive messages that align with product guidelines.
- Analyze campaign performance, interpret key metrics, and generate actionable insights to optimize CRM strategy.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Marketing, Analysts, BI) to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with overall business goals.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 0,5 — 1 year of experience as a CRM Specialist within the iGaming, Social Casino, or Sweepstakes industries (or any other industries).
- Hands-on experience with push notifications, and emails marketing channels.
- Basic understanding of how to develop omni-channel CRM campaigns based on user lifecycle stages.
- Basic understanding of how to analyze campaign results, draw meaningful conclusions, and build data-driven strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with any CRM tools
- Experience in email marketing/account management
- Understanding the best practices for design and deliverability.
- Experience in working with large user databases
- Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong time-management abilities.
