RESPONSIBILITIES
Searching for best-match candidates for open positions
Posting vacancies on job sites
Increasing and updating internal candidates’ database
Organization and conducting interviews
Providing feedback on the candidates
Providing vacancies status reports
Maintaining ATS
IT-market monitoring
Working with internal customers (PM, Team Lead, Heads of Departments, etc.)

REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of experience as IT Recruiter
Understanding of game development company’s functioning and product company culture specificities
Excellent searching skills (LinkedIn, Boolean Search, StackOverflow, GitHub, UpWork, etc.)
Head-hunting skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Intermediate English or higher
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to meet deadlines, be result-orientated, and attentive to details
