As a Studio Manager, you will be responsible for managing a full life cycle of a solid and successful mobile free-to-play game.
You will manage all the studios’ aspects, including, product, R&D, monetization, etc.
You will design and execute Vision, Roadmap and Player experience.
WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN CHALLENGES:
- Lead, inspire and motivate the teams working on the game, and maintain enthusiasm for the project
- Manage the studio P&L and KPIs
- Build the product and the user experience, manage day-to-day development, identify and drive creative solutions
- Continuous optimization in a game creation process
- Monitor and improve game metrics
- Be a focal point for the studio and additional related departments (BI, Marketing, etc.) in order to ensure full sync and resource optimization
- Plan a long-term strategic roadmap, prioritize and meet goals; identify risks, and come up with solutions
- Contribute to the strategy and business model for the product line, and take ownership of the roadmap
- Reconcile business and creative needs to create an inspirational product with successful business models
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
- Demonstrated experience in owning and delivering successful game development or technology business
- Passion for bringing high-quality and engaging user experiences
- Experience in managing a large game development team
- Experience in Free-to-Play game development and live operations
- A clear understanding of F2P monetization best practices and techniques for driving sustained revenue growth in F2P products
- Be able to work with remote teams and across time zones to foster a cohesive and creative work environment
- Proven ability to partner effectively with cross-functional disciplines, and to influence effectively without direct authority
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly iterating environment
- Knowledge and experience in online games development, publishing, and operations
- Passion for creating innovative and engaging games
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and decision-making skills
