— 3+ years of proven working experience in project management
— Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
— Hands-on experience of Project delivery using at least one of the following methodologies (Lean, Waterfall, — - Kanban, Agile (using at least SCRUM framework))
— Experience with Software Requirements Specifications (TR, TDD)
— Solid understanding of the Client-Server Architecture in mobile applications
— Solid understanding of the Mobile Applications Development and deployment processes
— Hands-on experience in using Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence)
— Experience in using tools: Miro, GoogleDocs, or similar
— Good communication skills
— Ability to work at multiple tasks under strict deadlines
— At least an Intermediate level of spoken English

— Previous experience in Mobile Game Development
— Technical background in Unity/C#
— Experience in Program management
— ICAgile or PMI certification is a plus

— Resource planning with efficient load balancing to achieve results in shortest terms across project teams;
— Teams capacity planning, tracking and control per Quarter basis;
— Feature requirements tracking in accordance to definitions, timeliness, and fullness with next approval according to SLA and high requirement quality level;
— Risk management (definition, mitigation, escalation);
— Project roadmap definition and control;
— Project release planning;
— Project status reporting to the executive management on a weekly basis. Group Manager is responsible for the relevance of the information inside reports;
— Project Delivery control with full responsibility for time & scope;
— Product Quality tracking according to test strategy and test policy with all approved acceptance criteria and up to date test summary report;
— Collaboration with Technical Lead to improve Technical stability of the Project;
— Control execution of team agreements and company policies across all project teams;
— Participate in Team’s status updates and provide actual info for his teams: what was done/ what is in progress/ blocking issues/ risks;
— Communicate with all involved parties to remove impediments on teams way;
— Play a key role and be a decision-maker for the Hiring process:
— Initiate hiring positions within the Project Teams
— Approve/decline appraisal proposals
— Take Major Part in final Hiring/Dismissal decisions
— Allocate time and resources to learn and implement new technologies and engineering best practices of the Project;
— Lead continuous improvement in the development process and engineering practices (in cooperation with Technical Leads).

As the Senior Group Manager, you will be responsible for planning, controlling and improving the work of several cross-functional teams to deliver a product in a timely manner and within the defined scope.
