Необходимые навыки

— Deep knowledge in CRM segmentation, campaign management, interactive marketing, and email marketing;
— Understanding of key KPIs for CRM strategy;
— At least Upper-intermediate level of English;
— Analytical skills;
— Promo texts writing skills;
— Desire to work for results.

Будет плюсом

— Experience with multi-million user bases;
— Experience with CRM channels in the B2C segment;
— Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS;
— Experience with Gmail, Hotmail, AOL in the context of deliverability.

— Development, execution, and continuous refinement of multi-channel Customer Relations and the development of programs, roadmaps, and Customer Relation strategies;
— Produce content for push notifications, emails, and other CRM channels;
— Create strategic proposals based on reports from the analytical department, dashboards, etc.;
— Suggest new A/B testing ideas;
— Work closely with Marketing, Support, Product, Promo, and Analytic Teams to build an effective user flow via CRM channels.
