— 2+ years of experience as IT Recruiter
— Understanding of game development company’s functioning and product company culture specificities
— Excellent searching skills (LinkedIn, Boolean Search, StackOverflow, GitHub, UpWork, etc.)
— Head-hunting skills
— Proficiency in Microsoft Office
— Intermediate English or higher
— Excellent communication and presentation skills
— Ability to meet deadlines, being result-orientated, and attentive to details
