Project Description:

Join a team building a mobile app that uses AI and data from IP cameras to automatically adjust air-conditioning based on real-time occupancy and environmental conditions. The project includes developing a core platform with an API for integrating with AC systems and BMS, as well as implementing sensor data processing, decision-making algorithms, and scalable AWS cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Node.js on the backend and React or Angular on the frontend
• Design scalable APIs, implement business logic, and optimize backend performance
• Work with PostgreSQL, design database schemas, write efficient queries, and integrate with ORM/Query Builders
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to architecture discussions, propose improvements
• Collaborate with QA, PMs, and other engineers to deliver high-quality releases
• Ensure maintainability, reliability, and good test coverage

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Engineer
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript
• Solid experience with Node.js and modern backend frameworks
• Strong knowledge of React or Angular (preferably both)
• Practical experience with PostgreSQL (schema design, performance, indexing)
• Experience with Docker and microservices or modular monolith architecture
• Understanding of clean architecture, design patterns, SOLID. Ability to write maintainable, testable, high-quality code
• Good communication skills and, ability to work in a team

Nice to Have:

• Experience with NestJS
• AWS knowledge
• Experience with real-time features (WebSockets)
• Familiarity with Redis
• Experience with React Native
