Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in PM
- Analytical mindset
- Understanding of Agile methodology
- Experience in work with JIRA, TFS
- Desire to grow the latest IT/PM trends
- English level — Upper Intermediate+
Responsibilities:
- Leading projects in Scrum, Kanban
- Preparing project plans and specs
- Informing the team about the goals of the project, supporting communications, motivating and creating a positive atmosphere
- On time reporting and keeping to the deadlines
- Daily meetings and organizing demos for the clients
- Conducting retrospectives/lessons learned meetings
- Constant learning and attaining new PM/BA related skills
