For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Development and implementation of sourcing strategies, building processes in the recruiting department
• Provide full-cycle recruitment (searching, screening, interviewing, offering)
• Source talents with preferred sourcing methods and tools
• Creating complete and detailed job descriptions
• Build effective relationships with hiring managers
• Coordinating testing, writing feedbacks, discussing candidates with decision-makers
• Management of the recruitment team

What is important for us?

• Advanced English
• 1+ years experience of successful closing vacancy in IT sphere
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, high level of empathy
• Strong knowledge of different interview techniques (main focus on identifying soft skills)
• Be professional in different sourcing and recruiting tools
• Focused on the result, having real passion to close complex positions

Will be a plus:

• Experience on a similar position in a game dev company
