Recruiter (with gaming background)

Hi, we’re MOJAM, and we’re looking for a talented Recruiter who is passionate about games to join our HR team abroad! We create products with the best gaming services for CS2 players. Every day, tens of thousands of people from all over the world use our products. Our team is agile, flexible, and determined to dominate the market.

What to Do

• Own the full life-cycle recruitment process: from understanding the vacancy’s requirements, sourcing candidates, proactive search, interviewing candidates, to negotiating potential offers and pre-onboarding
• Make the vacancy attractive and work on the job description
• Collaborate with the team to enhance recruiting processes, analytics, and the overall hiring process
• Identify and attract top-tier specialists in marketing, development, and other key areas
• Stay connected with candidates, build a network, and provide them with feedback
• Keep the team informed about the progress of the recruitment process (weekly reports)
• Work with HRIS (we use Peopleforce) and other tools

Your Superpowers

• 4+ years of experience in IT recruiting
• Experience in product companies
• Possessing a fervent passion for CS2 or other games
• You are in charge of esports and stay up to date with the latest news (tournaments, etc)
• Experience in recruiting top-tier specialists in various fields such as marketing, development, and others
• A deep understanding of the IT market and proficiency in using all modern tools to find specialists
• Proficiency in conducting interviews (including initial technical assessments, competency checks, and motivation evaluations)
• Strong ability to collaborate with teams to enhance recruiting processes, leveraging analytics and improving the overall hiring experience
• You know how to work with HRIS
• English level is B2+
