Product Designer

We’re looking for a Product Designer who thrives on creating smooth, engaging, and conversion-driven interfaces. If you live for UI, love to dive into user flows, and have a soft spot for gaming or entertainment, this quest is yours 🚀

📍What to Do

• Design user flows, wireframes, and pixel-perfect UI in Figma
• Build and iterate prototypes to validate ideas and collect feedback
• Ship features with PMs, devs, analysts, and marketers
• Develop and maintain a scalable design system across platforms
• Turn business goals into simple, user-friendly design solutions that convert
• Optimize onboarding and acquisition flows while improving existing UIs
• Use data, A/B testing, and user research to inform decisions
• Stay sharp on design trends in gaming, esports, and entertainment

🦸‍♂️ Your Superpowers

• 5+ years in design with a strong UI focus (graphic background is a plus)
• 1-2 years in growth or acquisition products (funnels, activation flows)
• Portfolio that shows design thinking tied to KPIs and outcomes
• Knowledge of Human Interface Guidelines, Material Design 3, and modern web patterns
• Understanding of user psychology and interaction principles
• Ability to communicate design choices backed by data or research
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams

• Love gaming, esports, or digital entertainment
• Used gamification mechanics in product design
• Balance aesthetics with conversion goals
• Hands-on with motion design, micro-interactions, or animation for enhanced UX
• Know front-end basics (HTML, CSS, JS)
