📍 What To Do

• Become a part of the product team and collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers
• Optimize the user experience based on analytics and user feedback
• Design and develop interfaces for new features
• Identify unmet audience needs (user interviews, usability testing)
• Coordinate and develop the design team

🦸 Your Superpowers

• 5+ years of experience in product design, preferably in the entertainment domain.
• Strong UI / graphic design background
• Experience working with products at later stages of development (3-4M+ users).
• Expertise in organizing and conducting user research
• Ability to leverage analytics to improve UX metrics
• Experience designing and optimizing interfaces for both mobile and desktop platforms
• Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring designers
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
