Junior Influence Marketing Manager

📍What to do:

• search for Youtube/Twitch (alike) influencers;
• negotiations for the video ads placements;
• communication with bloggers;
• management of launching GEO campaigns/platforms;
• active engagement in improving the overall effectiveness of the IM department (KPI ROAS, CAC);
• participation in analyzing placement results;
• consulting influencers on account development strategy and audience attraction;
• participation in conducting ongoing analysis of launched campaigns in specific GEOs, audience analysis;
• improving the quality and effectiveness of the IM team processes;
• participation in organizing and managing BAW-projects.

🦸 About you:

• spoken and written English B2+;
• 1+ year of experience in influence marketing;
• negotiations experience;
• 2+ years of experience in marketing;
• understanding of the Esports;
• knowledge of digital performance marketing approaches and methodologies;
• experience in working with analytical tools.

🤘 Will be a valuable addition:

• passion for CS2;
• experience in running your own YouTube channel;
• understanding of SEO/SERM YouTube algorithms;
• fluent communication in Chinese/German/Spanish/French/Portuguese.
