We’re seeking a sharp, English-speaking teammate for the evening shift (part-time remotely, 2/2, shift — 8 hours from 2 pm — 10 pm or 1 am — 9 am) . Kyiv time) to help our users. If you’re a problem-solving pro with a passion for gaming, let’s get closer 🎮

📍 What to do

• Handling incoming user requests (email, online chat)
• Working with user accounts in CRM
• Online monitoring state of the site and timely response to failures

🦸 Your superpowers

• Your English is perfect (advanced)
• Good spoken and written communication
• You’re ready to resolve difficult or even conflict situations

🤘 Will be a valuable addition

• Have experience working as support or call center operator
• Knowledge of Spanish
• Active CS2 player (we will give preference to candidates who are active gamers)
