📍What to do
VIP Client Relationship Management:
● Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-profile clients.
● Ensure VIP clients have a seamless and personalized experience on our platform.
● Act as the main point of contact for all VIP clients, addressing their questions, concerns, and requests in a timely manner.
Client Engagement:
● Proactively reach out to VIP clients to ensure satisfaction, update them on exclusive offers, events, and promotions.
● Analyze client activity and engagement to offer personalized recommendations and rewards.
Sales & Growth:
● Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on clients’ behavior and preferences.
● Work with the marketing and sales teams to create tailored campaigns for VIP clients.
Problem Solving:
● Handle and resolve any issues VIP clients might face with their accounts, transactions, or case openings.
● Collaborate with the technical support team to ensure quick resolution of any technical challenges.
Client Retention:
● Develop and execute strategies to retain and grow the VIP client base.
● Provide feedback to the product and development teams based on client preferences and behaviors.
🦸 Your superpowers:
Experience:
● 2+ years of experience in account management, customer support, or sales (preferably in the gaming/gambling industry).
● Previous experience working with VIP or high-profile clients is a strong advantage.
Skills:
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple VIP accounts simultaneously.
● Sales-oriented with a good understanding of cross-selling and upselling strategies.
Knowledge:
● Familiarity with the CS/CS2 gaming community and in-game item market.
● Basic understanding of case-opening mechanics and their appeal to players.
Language:
● Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus.
