We are looking for an Accountant to strengthen our Finance department.

📍What to do:

• Regular reflection of business transactions in the accounting system (Xero);
• Management of the payroll process: collecting information on benefits, bonuses, etc. Payroll calculation in ITFin program. Payout report preparation and control of payroll payments;
• Administrating invoices, bills and other accounting documents;
• Reconciliation of bank statements, accounts payable and accounts receivable and report if any discrepancies found;
• Accurate and timely handling of accounting reports;
• Assisting with the yearly audit and quarterly collection of information for the preparation of tax returns.

🦸 Your superpowers:

• University degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics;
• A minimum of 2 year experience in finance & accounting;
• Experience with any accounting system (preferable Xero, QuickBooks, Zoho);
• Understanding of general economic & accounting principles;
• Good Excel / Google Docs skills;
• Intermediate+ English language knowledge;
• Strong attention to details and ability to identify issues or inconsistencies.
• Work experience with any foreign jurisdiction;
• Basic IFRS knowledge will be a plus.
