📍What to do

• Monitor transactions and investigate suspicious activity
• Work with financial data and analyze KYC data
• Dispute chargebacks and communicate with payment providers on fraud and suspicious activity matters
• Utilize payment systems dashboards, data visualization tools (Amplitude), Slack, ticketing software (Zendesk), and Google Sheets to perform daily tasks

🦸 Your superpowers

• Proficiency in English (B1 required, B2 desirable)
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
• Excellent reasoning and analytical skills
• Previous experience in antifraud roles is preferable; general experience in finance or data analytics is also acceptable

🤘 Will be a valuable addition

• Experience working in payment systems dashboards and data visualization tools
• Familiarity with ticketing software and collaboration tools
• Knowledge of gaming industry trends and challenges
