PRO&BRO team is looking for a Marketing Manager to upgrade our arbitrage, cold traffic, and partner management via arbitrage models initiatives. With you, we’ll show the world how awesome the services created by MOJAM are 🚀

📍 What to do

• Set up and manage ad campaigns on TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter (X).
• Work with remarketing (Retargeting, Lookalike, Dynamic Ads).
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize bids.
• Test creatives, audiences, and strategies to improve conversions.
• Collaborate with the team (creatives, analytics, projects).

🦸 Your superpowers

• 1.5+ years of experience in performance marketing (arbitrage, CPA, leadgen).
• Hands-on experience in setting up ads on TikTok, Facebook, Twitter (X).
• Experience in managing and scaling mobile app advertising campaigns
• Understanding of remarketing and audience targeting.
• Ability to analyze data (CTR, CPA, ROI, LTV).
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Pixel, AppsFlyer (or similar).
• Willingness to learn quickly and test new approaches.
