We are looking for a Retention & CRM manager to grow customer LTV together with the marketing and product teams. We’re agile, flexible and willing to dominate the market.

📍 You will:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy, including email, push, and SMS communications, to increase customer retention and engagement;
- segment the customer base using various criteria to create targeted campaigns;
- monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of CRM initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvements;
- collaborate with the marketing, product, and analytics teams to align CRM activities with overall company goals and strategies;
- stay current on industry trends and best practices in customer retention and CRM, and apply that knowledge to enhance the company’s initiatives;
- manage the CRM platform and marketing automation tools, ensuring seamless integration and efficient use of resources;
- control production of all necessary materials (video, images, texts etc.).
👤 You are:
- Experienced in CRM, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful customer retention strategies;
- proficient in using CRM platforms and marketing automation tools;
- analytical and data-driven, with the ability to interpret customer data and make informed decisions on CRM initiatives;
- familiar with the gaming industry, ideally with knowledge of CS:GO and its community, enabling you to better connect with the target audience;
- a strong communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content tailored to different customer segments;
- collaborative and able to work effectively in cross-functional teams, sharing insights and contributing to overall company goals;
- adaptable and proactive, staying up-to-date with industry trends and continuously looking for opportunities to innovate and improve CRM efforts.
