MOJAM create products for gamers, mostly focused on the Steam exchange market and CS:GO skins economy.
We run one of the biggest Case Opening product in the world.

We are looking for a Retention & CRM manager to grow customer LTV together with the marketing and product teams. We’re agile, flexible and willing to dominate the market.

It should include a brief description of the successful email campaign you’ve managed in the past. What were the goals and campaign and how did you achieve them?

📍 You will:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy, including email, push, and SMS communications, to increase customer retention and engagement;
  • segment the customer base using various criteria to create targeted campaigns;
  • monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of CRM initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvements;
  • collaborate with the marketing, product, and analytics teams to align CRM activities with overall company goals and strategies;
  • stay current on industry trends and best practices in customer retention and CRM, and apply that knowledge to enhance the company’s initiatives;
  • manage the CRM platform and marketing automation tools, ensuring seamless integration and efficient use of resources;
  • control production of all necessary materials (video, images, texts etc.).

👤 You are:

  • Experienced in CRM, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful customer retention strategies;
  • proficient in using CRM platforms and marketing automation tools;
  • analytical and data-driven, with the ability to interpret customer data and make informed decisions on CRM initiatives;
  • familiar with the gaming industry, ideally with knowledge of CS:GO and its community, enabling you to better connect with the target audience;
  • a strong communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content tailored to different customer segments;
  • collaborative and able to work effectively in cross-functional teams, sharing insights and contributing to overall company goals;
  • adaptable and proactive, staying up-to-date with industry trends and continuously looking for opportunities to innovate and improve CRM efforts.
