Data Researcher & Office Manager (вакансія неактивна)

Who are we looking for?

This position combines the functions of a Data Researcher and an Office Manager.

We are looking for a candidate with no experience as a Data Researcher, but with minimal experience as an Office Manager or Administrator.

The role will involve creating and maintaining a database of existing US clients, as well as ensuring a smooth office operation.

Work format: hybrid, with presence in the office 2-3 times a week.

Office location: Lviv, 7 Yosypa Slipyho St.

Key qualifications:

  • Upper-intermediate English level with excellent reading skills
  • Basic analytical skills, understanding of data scraping, cleaning, and filtering
  • Ability to deliver the target number of high-quality prospects under deadlines
  • Understanding of the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) concept and itsattributes
  • Persistence and strong attention to lead qualification criteria
  • Proactive team player ready to suggest improvements for research processes
  • Basic knowledge of Prompt Engineering and ChatGPT
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel or a certificatein Excel will be a plus
  • Understanding of CSV and text operations is a significant plus
  • Experience as an office manager or in anadministrative role of at least 6 months
  • Organizational skills and ability to interact with vendors, contractors, and colleagues effectively

Responsibilities:

  • Collect and manage databases of companies and contacts, including deduplication
  • Conduct research on companies and contacts for updates and insights
  • Maintain and update ICP descriptions and filters in SalesNavigator and Apollo.io
  • Work with lead databases in Apollo.io, prepare lists and filters upon request
  • Collect event-based participantlists from platforms such as Luma and Meetup
  • Export/import lead lists to/from CSV
  • Update weekly reports with research statistics
  • Cooperate with the Sales Development Representative and CBDO
  • Organize and support daily office operations
  • Arrange maintenance and coordinate with service providers in the office
  • Purchase and monitor office supplies, equipment, and consumables
  • Control the clean liness of the office and coordinate with cleaning staff
  • Record and track office expenses in the system
  • Cooperate with COO
