The project is a mobile application for the client’s tenants to manage their rented real estate. In addition, it allows the client’s clients to take advantage of additional options (amenities) that are available on the territory of the client’s real estate.
The client (USA) is a private firm that provides a full range of services in development, investment and real estate management. Owns and manages a portfolio of high-quality assets worth over ten billion US dollars, and millions of square feet of commercial, residential and retail space.
Time zone: ЕST
Responsibilities:
— Provide Level 1 — Level 3 support for users on a wide range of software issues
— Work closely with other teams within the Technology and Marketing Groups on support issues
— Write guides on how to troubleshoot recurring issues
— Contact end users directly for troubleshooting sessions
Requirements:
— At least 2 years of experience as a Systems Analyst
— Troubleshooting application issues from UX side
— Ability to quickly analyze situations, identify problems, and provide solutions
— Deep knowledge SQL
— Knowledge Databases — PostgreSQL, MongoDB
— Documentation tools — Jira/Cofluence
— Operating systems — Windows, Linux
— Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
— Display strong project management skills completing assignments in a timely fashion
— Highly self-motivated, able to work with a team but also self-sufficient
— Keen attention to detail
— Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills
— Bachelor’s degree in Сomputer Science or related focus, or equivalent experience
— English: Advanced/Fluent (person will be 1st line for support)
