We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, increasing average order value, developing and executing go-to-market strategies, and launching products into new markets.
What you’ll be working on:
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for successful new product introductions and market expansion, with a strong focus on engaging existing customers and partners.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and implementing effective upsell, cross-sell, promotional, and loyalty initiatives for our existing customer base across various channels.
- Develop and execute promotional and loyalty programs across digital and traditional marketing channels to enhance customer engagement and sales.
- Implement and optimize customer communication and retention strategies through targeted email marketing campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to continuously improve marketing campaign performance and ROI.
- Define and articulate clear product positioning, unique selling propositions (USPs), and compelling messaging that resonates with our target audience.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to develop persuasive and engaging content, including POS materials, articles and presentations.
Preferred requirements for this role:
- 2+ years of experience in marketing within the retail segment.
- Proven experience in creating and executing GTM strategies for new markets.
- Experience working across the international markets.
- Ability to identify revenue growth opportunities and implement marketing strategies.
- Proven experience in conducting A/B testing and analyzing results to optimize marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM systems.
- Digital marketing experience is a strong advantage.
- Expertise in content creation and storytelling.
- Upper-Intermediate level of English.
- Excellent strategic and analytical thinking skills.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration across departments.
- High level of autonomy and results orientation
